With this mid-century townhouse in the heart of Cheltenham, the rear of the property was lacking light - the client wanted to expand on the small area at the back of their existing kitchen to create a bright, open and airy space, and we decided that the use of as much glass as we could reasonably fit was the best way to go about this.

Paired with a long but skinny skylight above what is the main dining area, this small but impactful extension has transformed the rear of the property.
