Internal reconfiguration of a large (4/5 bed) house and or:
A small to medium extension.
Wraparound Extensions
Loft conversion including a dormer.
Large Garden room / outbuilding.
The above scope may be mixed subject to size, or on size may be prioritised over another.
MEDIUM PROJECT
Internal reconfiguration along with extensions:
Large Single or Double Storey, or both.
Projects requiring Listed Building Consent.
The above scope may be mixed subject to size, or on size may be prioritised over another.
LARGE PROJECT
Internal reconfiguration along with a large extension (Both Single and Double), with associated works, Including Listed Buildings and Specialist Constructions.
A new build house of approx. 150-200 sqm.
The above scope may be mixed subject to size, or on size may be prioritised over another.
COMPLEX PROJECT
A unique project such as a listed building, commercial complex or housing development. It’s not necessarily a larger project than the above, but a project that is not defined by a category or something that needs more attention to the fee. This could include everything from detailing windows for a listed building or designing a new apartment building for a developer.
