Having flown through the planning process - this contemporary extension in the heart of Cheltenham sure is easy on the eye - combining complimentary materials, such as zinc cladding, dark framed windows on the existing brickwork is shaping up to be a lovely addition to this otherwise uninspiring home.

There are vast amounts of light enabled by the large windows throughout, the clients wanted "as big as they could get", and we did not dissapoint. All living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms have great natural lighting, whilst still retaining privacy and space within the rooms.

Underfloor heating within both floors nicely compliment the MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation & Heat Revovery) System, assisted by an array of solar panels on the rear roof slope.

The main extension itself is constructed by incredibly thermally efficient SIPs panels (Structurally Insulated Panels) constructed off site, and assembled upon the newly laid slab. Ensuring this home is at a perfect internal temperature all year round.
