No Hidden Fees, No Headaches: Why Our Pricing Actually Makes Sense
Let's be real, the architecture industry has been pretty terrible at being upfront about what things actually cost. Usually, you're just left scratching your head trying to decode these really complicated fee structures that feel like they're designed to confuse you rather than help you out.
At Cotswold Architecture + Design, we realised there just has to be a better way to do this. So, we totally threw out the traditional rulebook.

Completion of High End Apartments in Newport.
We had been instructed to complete the Planning & Construction Drawings for this new development for 5 high-end apartments in a desirable location within Newport, Wales, on behalf of a local developer. The site was not without it's challenges, from previous applications to navigate (including an omitted underground garage) to drainage complexities and Culverts providing some additional challenges.
