Modern glass-fronted house under construction with large tree in foreground. Blue sky, earthy tones, and lush greenery in the background.
Modern farmhouse exterior with a blend of traditional stonework and contemporary design features, surrounded by lush greenery and an expansive garden.

We've recently submitted planning for this new dwelling in the heart of the Cotswolds. The brief was to create a seamless blend of contemporary and traditional style buildings, of which we've implemented the classic mix of Cotswold Stone and a more modern material; Corten Steel. With both buildings being a traditional apex style roof, however with hidden gutters for the garage, modern box window features, and an impressive glazed link with living roof which houses the dwellings' kitchen.

As can be seen from the visuals - With a glazed vaulted entrance, and nestled driveway - the property will be impressive, but subdued, to match the existing character of the area.

We create these visuals in house, to the client specifications and visual styles to help assist both client and planning officer, as well as the general public in this case.
