Further progress from the Chepstow New Build Development

If you've read our previous blog post you will know about our 11 plot new build home development in Chepstow, incorperating different materials such as ICF Blockwork, excellent insulation within the roof structure, and timber framing, with modern brick slip facades and standing seam roofing - integrating into the existing historical chapel that's now been converted into two homes.

Plots 1-6 are now in the final stages of internal finishing, due to go on the market at the beginning of 2026, with pricing ranging from £200-300k respectively.

We're excited that the pace of this project has been smooth and quick, integrating new build features that are not commonly found in such projects has been refreshing, and will add future value for any prospective home owners.
